My name is Andy Coats --Jordan, Shelly, and I grew up together. My heart is broken for them and I agree with the post on the blog post that talked about how Jordan is having a hard day today too because he is sad for his wife's loss. That is how Jordan is--he loved Shelly and the kids, they were his motivation. It's a tough day for his friends too. I spoke with Nate Christiansen, Luke Coats, Ryan Jensen, and Austin Mitchell yesterday and we all want to express our heartfelt condolences for the great loss.

ReplyDeleteBev, It is hard to find words to express how sick James and I are for you and your family. I just remember how in love Shelley was with Jordan in high school, mission and how excited I was when they were able to be married! I could relate! I just came back from Barbs. She needed a hug and frankly, so did I. The Coats on the other side of me are devastated too! Bottom line, we all love and care about you, Shelley and the Kids and are praying for your whole family (Hilterbrands and all!) Love, Melani
